The site and the tool

OptiVis Labs is part of OptiVis LLC ("OptiVis"). This site describes OptiVis products and research and offers AI Shelf Check, a free tool that reads public web pages of a store you name and reports how ready those pages are to be read by AI shopping answers. There is no charge and no account. Product descriptions on this site are information, not an offer; terms for any product are agreed in writing.

No warranty

The tool and its reports are provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. A report reflects what our scanner observed at one moment, within the limits described in the methodology. It measures readiness, not appearance in AI answers, and it does not predict or guarantee any ranking, traffic, citation or sale.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, OptiVis is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the tool or reliance on a report. Changes you make to your site based on a report are your decision.

Acceptable use

• Scan stores you own, manage, or have a legitimate reason to review.
• Do not try to get around the limits (5 new scans per hour), scan private or internal addresses, or use the tool to load another site heavily.
• Do not resell the tool or present its reports as your own product.

We may block traffic that breaks these rules.

The OptiVis Labs website and AI Shelf Check, including their text, diagrams, design, scoring method and code, are copyright OptiVis LLC. All rights reserved. You may print or share a report about your own store. Third-party names, including the crawler names listed in reports, belong to their owners and are used only to describe them.
