LITIGATOR
Litigation document intelligence for a Texas personal injury practice. It works from the firm's own case documents and refuses any quote it cannot match to the source, character for character.

How it works
Every quote is checked against its source before it is used
- Extracted spans. LITIGATOR extracts spans, the passages from the case documents that quotes are checked against.
- Character for character. Every quote is compared with its source span, character for character. A quote that fails the comparison is refused, not passed on.
- A drafting gate. Drafting starts only from verified blank form templates. The system refuses to use a filed case document as the starting point, so one matter's facts and parties cannot carry into another's draft.
- A documented data boundary. It runs offline on hardware the firm controls. The data boundary is written down, so the firm can see where case material goes and where it does not.
Who built it
Designed with a practicing Texas trial attorney
LITIGATOR was designed with a practicing Texas trial attorney who serves as trial counsel to OptiVis. The library behind it holds 3,579 case findings, 33 motion builders and 75 discovery sets.
A tool for attorneys. LITIGATOR checks quotes against their sources and refuses what fails. It does not replace an attorney's judgment, and its output is meant to be reviewed by one.

The demo uses made-up case documents, so no client material is involved.
